OPEN YEAR-ROUND. Located on Route 11 in Andover, Vermont, a 5 minute drive from Magic Mountain and a scenic 20 to 30 minute drive from Okemo, Stratton, Bromley Ski Areas and Manchester, VT.

45 minutes from Mount Snow, Killington and Woodstock VT. We offer an unforgettable experience with our friendly alpacas. You will have the opportunity to walk an alpaca on a lead while learning about their communication and bonding behaviors. We encourage you to take lots of pictures and visit our small farm store or shop our online for Alpaca hats, mittens, scarfs, jackets, Teddy Bears and other 100% Alpaca fiber products from our alpaca online store

We offer walks and interactions year-round. The walks are casual and hand feeding is always part of the adventure. Sometimes they just want to chill with you, so please dress for the season.

Alpacas love the Snow!

Winter is Alpaca Season! Alpacas stay warm through their incredibly dense, hollow-fiber fleece that traps air for insulation, acting like a natural thermos (often so effective snow doesn't melt on their backs). They also generate internal heat through their digestive process (like other ruminants) and increase food intake in winter to fuel this "internal furnace," with plenty of top quality hay providing both energy and warm bedding. Shelters, hay, and extra care if needed to protect them from wind and extreme cold keeps them happy and healthy.

Located in Southern Vermont on Route 11 between Chester and Londonderry we are close to many major ski areas like Okemo, Stratton, Magic, Mount Snow, Bromley and only 45 minutes from Killington Ski Resort and Woodstock, VT. Same day reservations accepted based on availability. Booking in advance of requested date is recommended especially weekends and holidays.
