Alpaca Liability Waiver: Release of Claims and Assumption of Risk

VERMONT LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

(ONE FORM PER GROUP / FAMILY / PARTY)

READ BEFORE ARRIVAL— THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT

This agreement applies to Houghtonville Services, LLC, doing business as Alpaca Walk Experience and Alpaca Walk Store, the property owner, employees, business owner, LLC members, and residents at 1872 Simonsville Road, Andover, Vermont (the “Property”).

GROUP REPRESENTATION

By purchasing a ticket and/or being a non-paying participant in the Alpaca Walk Experience, I certify that I am the adult representative for my entire group listed below and that this Vermont liability waiver applies to every person in my group, including minors.

☐ ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in the alpaca walking experience at a rural Vermont farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: animals (bites, kicks, spitting, sudden movements), uneven or muddy terrain, ice, snow, weather, farm structures, fencing, equipment, slips, trips, falls, allergic reactions, and actions of other visitors. I voluntarily assume ALL risks, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

☐ FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)

To the maximum extent allowed under Vermont law, I release and forever discharge Houghtonville Services, LLC, Alpaca Walk Experience, Alpaca Walk Store, the property owner, and all members, managers, employees, volunteers, agents, and insurers from ANY AND ALL CLAIMS for injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, or death, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE.

☐ NO LAWSUITS / NO CLAIMS — EVER

I agree that neither I nor anyone in my group will file, bring, or maintain any lawsuit, claim, demand, or legal action of any kind, in any forum, for any injury or loss in any way, shape, or form, related to our visit or participation in the alpaca walking experience.

☐ ON-PROPERTY AND OFF-PROPERTY COVERAGE

This waiver applies to injuries or claims occurring on OR off the Property, including parking areas, walking paths, access roads, or any location connected to or arising from the Alpaca Walk Experience.

☐ HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all released parties from any claims brought by any member of my group, heirs, family members, or third parties.

☐ MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that no medical care or insurance is provided. I accept full responsibility for any medical treatment or costs.

☐ VERMONT LAW / SEVERABILITY

This agreement is governed by Vermont law. If any portion is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

☐ PHOTO / VIDEO CONSENT

I consent to photos or video for promotional use without compensation.

MINORS

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of all minors listed and consent on their behalf.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm and acknowledge that:

I have read and understand this agreement

I understand I am giving up substantial legal rights

I am signing voluntarily

This Vermont liability waiver applies to my entire group.
